What is wellbeing? A frame of mind? Physical fitness? Financial security? General happiness?

Everyone has a different answer to this question – and as growing numbers of employees expect their company to support their wellbeing, managers and HR directors are asking how they can put a comprehensive wellbeing strategy in place which will support the varying needs of an increasingly diverse workforce.

As we enter 2017, Reward is launching a comprehensive new research project to find out how companies are approaching wellbeing in the workplace, looking at what it means in practice, and what the challenges are.
