Reward’s WIWC sees a case study by Cafcass on wellbeing strategies.
Wellbeing means very different things to different people. Having become the workplace buzzword of 2016, it is a concept that many employers and HRDs are embracing.
UK companies need to build effective strategies in order to help staff with their wellbeing. Reward’s free-to-attend event, Wellbeing in the Workplace (WITW) is pulling together all the different strands of wellness to create a picture of what an effective strategy could include.
The session at 11:25am will be a case study by Cafcass. In this case study, James Hyde will outline the ways in which Cafcass has expanded its proposition in recent years, evolving it from a programme of management training to one that more effectively deals with sickness.
He will also discuss the benefits of offering employees a wide range of benefits, including health cash plans, cognitive behaviour therapy, and arranges charity bike rides.
From physical wellbeing, fitness and rehabilitation to mental wellbeing and stress, or even financial wellbeing of employees, Reward’s WITW will have case studies and expert speakers who will provide an insight into creating a strategy that will meet the needs of all your workforce.
Wellbeing in the Workplace takes place on 28th September 2016 at The Lowry in Manchester. To register to attend, CLICK HERE.
