Reward’s Very Important Benefit awards return for a second year – even bigger and even better!

Following on from the success of 2015’s launch, Reward is delighted to announce the return of the Very Important Benefit (VIB) awards this year.

The VIBs are dedicated to championing the reward strategies of organisations of all sizes and sectors, and their providers. After the tremendous response to the inaugural 2015 awards, entries for this year’s awards will be open until 26 April 2016.

There are categories to suit every aspect of successful reward. HR practitioner categories include ‘Best approach to total reward’; ‘Best healthcare strategy’; ‘Best flexible benefits strategy’ and ‘Best overall reward and benefits strategy’.

There are also a dozen more categories for suppliers, including ‘Best use of technology for reward’; ‘Best group risk provider’ and ‘Best health cash plan provider’.

Winning companies this year included E.ON for ‘Best reward communications’, and Moog for ‘Best use of voluntary benefits’ – and they were judged best of breed by a panel of industry experts and commentators. For a list of 2015 winners please click here.
