Hear from experts about employee benefits and what is expected over the next 12 months.

Employee benefits have recently been exposed to radical changes and it appears that further developments are expected. With the first all-Conservative government, it’s difficult for employers to predict what these changes might be.

This year at Reward Live, there will be a keynote panel session (Thursday 12th May, 10.35am) which will see Mark Childs, managing director at Total Reward Group and Nigel Keohane, research director at Social Market Foundation, discuss how politics has impacted the employee benefits picture.

The speakers will converse on the overview of the situation - everything from pay and pensions to salary sacrifice. Explaining what has changed and what is expected to come in, they will discuss the long term impacts on employers and employees.

Additionally, the impact of the National Living Wage and recent pension legislation will also be a topic of discussion.
