Is it better to administer flexible benefits via one enrolment window, or via rolling windows?
Benefits are all about valuing staff and making benefit selection a positive, motivational experience is part of that. Making rushed decisions once a year is counter-productive. Why not allow people to make choices as and when they need to? And you could link the portal with recognition and reward schemes. Some providers – like insurers – do need annual renewals but for most products rolling windows make sense.
